赵腾女生是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的分析师。
在加入秦岭之前，赵女生在亚洲最大的多家族办公室之一弘源资本任股票研究员。在此之前，赵女士在对冲基金禀赋资本任股票研究员。加入禀赋资本之前，赵女士在PE机构华控基金任投资经理。赵女士研究覆盖的领域包括医疗、高端制造、消费等。
赵女士毕业于南京大学物理系专业，获本科学位；之后在剑桥大学物理系攻读博士学位三年。
Teng is an investment analyst on the firm’s public equity team.
Prior to joining Coalescence Partners, Teng was an equity analyst at Fountainhead Partners, one of the largest multi-family offices in Asia. Prior to Fountainhead, Teng was an equity analyst at Franchise Capital. Teng started her career working as an associate at Tsinghua Holdings Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in China. Teng’s industry coverage includes healthcare, advanced manufacturing, consumer goods, etc.
Teng received a Bachelor of Physics from Nanjing University and then was in a Ph.D. program at the University of Cambridge for three years.
Vincent is a Controller on the operations team.
Prior to joining Coalescence Partners, Vincent was the Controller at Yulan Capital Management, an Asia focused long/short equity fund seeded by Tiger Management. While at Yulan, Vincent oversaw fund accounting and was responsible for the fund’s daily operations. Prior to Yulan, Vincent worked at Chilton Investment Company as a fund accountant. Chilton is a multi-billion dollar long/short equity fund focus on US and European markets. Vincent started his career at Blackstone Group’s Hedge Fund Solutions (BAAM)’s operations team.
Vincent received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University.
国玉晶女士是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的高级投资分析师。
在加入秦岭资本前，国女士在中国领先的资产管理公司高毅资产任高级研究员，覆盖TMT行业 (科技、媒体与通信)，直接支持基金经理的投资决策。其职责包括独立负责公司调研、管理层沟通、行业专家交流并给出投资与持仓建议等。在此之前，国女士在百度工作，担任手机百度首任产品架构师，率领该产品突破1亿日活跃用户数。求学期间国女士曾在微软亚太研发集团实习。
国女士毕业于北京邮电大学模式识别与智能系统专业，获得硕士学位。
Yujing is a senior investment analyst on the firm’s public equity team.
Prior to joining Coalescence Partners, Yujing was a senior analyst at Perseverance Asset Management, one of China’s leading asset management firms. While at Perseverance, Yujing focused on covering technology, media, and telecommunications. She was directly supporting the portfolio manager’s investment decisions. Her job responsibilities include independently conducting company due diligence, management meetings, expert interviews, and providing investment recommendations. Prior to Perseverance, Yujing worked at Baidu, one of the leading technology companies in China. She was the first product architect for Baidu’s mobile application, taking the product to exceed 100 million active daily users. Yujing had also interned at Microsoft’s Asia Pacific research and development group.
Yujing received a Master of Pattern Recognition from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
徐远航先生是秦岭资本的运营分析师。
徐先生在南加州大学毕业后加入秦岭资本。此前，徐先生曾有过在瑞华会计师事务所的实习经历并是美国国税局所得税援助计划的志愿者，积累了审计和税务的相关经验。徐先生曾在复旦大学管理学院交换学习。
徐先生于南加州大学获得工商管理学以及会计学双学士学位。
Kelvin is an investment analyst on New Hope-Coalescence’s private equity team.
Prior to New Hope-Coalescence, Kelvin worked as a Structured Finance Rating Analyst at United Credit Ratings, one of the largest credit rating agencies in China. Prior to United Credit Ratings, Kelvin worked as a financial analyst at Lead Ocean, a specialty finance company. Kelvin had previously interned at Hui Nong Capital Management, a private equity fund focused on agriculture and health care. He had also interned at the organic synthesis lab at Sheng Hua Xi Pharmaceutical.
Kelvin received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Finance from Purdue University.
赵中伦先生是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的分析师。
赵先生从芝加哥大学毕业后不久就加入了秦岭资本。之前的经历包括曾经在由芝加哥市长任主席的芝加哥招商局国际战略事务组实习。该组织致力于促进经济增长、支持商业发展、并推动芝加哥成为领先的国际化大都市。赵先生还曾在位于耶路撒冷的以色列国会的信息中心实习。在本科学习期间，赵先生曾经参与了启明合心科技有限公司的创立。启明合心是一家科技初创企业。公司旨在利用认知科学、交叉创新，以及人工智能、大数据、机器学习等先进科技来引领传统教育系统的变革。
赵先生毕业于清华大学生命科学学院，并获得芝加哥大学公共政策硕士学位。
崔磊先生是新希望-秦岭一级市场基金的投资经理。
在加入秦岭资本前，崔先生就职于华利安，任金融分析师。华利安是美国领先的资产估值和基金服务公司。在华利安期间，崔先生为私募股权基金和对冲基金投资组合中的资产提供估值服务。此前，崔先生就职于韬睿惠悦，任分析师。韬睿惠悦是一家国际人力资源咨询公司。在韬睿惠悦期间，崔先生为公司养老金投资提供了研究和解决方案。
崔先生毕业于武汉大学高级研究中心，获经济与数学双学位，并获得加州大学伯克利分校哈斯商学院金融工程硕士学位。
虞奇杰先生是秦岭资本的财务经理。
加入秦岭资本前，虞先生就职于裕兰资本，任财务经理。 裕兰资本是由老虎基金种子投资，专注于亚洲市场的对冲基金。虞先生在裕兰期间主要负责基金会计和公司运营。 在此之前，虞先生就职于奇尔顿投资公司，任基金会计。奇尔顿是一个专注于美国和欧洲市场的对冲基金，管理规模超过十亿美金。 此前，虞先生就职于黑石集团旗下的对冲基金运营团队。
虞先生毕业于纽约巴鲁克学院会计系，并获佩斯大学税务硕士学位。
刘亦婷女士拥有 20 年的投资管理、战略规划和基金运营经验。她是秦岭资本的合伙人和联合创始人，主要负责客户在美国的PE/VC投资。
在联合创立秦岭资本之前，刘女士为中国机构投资者和家族办公室在美国投资以及与美国机构合作提供高端咨询。刘女士曾任睿实资本的联合创始人和首席运营官。睿实资本是一家专注于中概股投资的基金管理公司。在此之前，刘女士任Vison Capital公司的大中华区副总裁，专注于Vision中国机会基金的投资和管理，并全程参与了Vision中国机会基金的设立和基金在伦敦交易所的IPO。此前，刘女士先后就职于波士顿咨询公司 (BCG) 和百事集团 (PepsiCo) 全球战略投资部。
刘女士毕业于哈佛大学，并获以经济为应用领域的应用数学学士学位。
于凯泽先生是新希望-秦岭一级市场基金的投资分析师。
于先生加入秦岭资本前，曾在联合信用评级有限公司任评级分析师。联合信用评级公司是中国最大的评级机构之一。此前，于先生在Lead Ocean任财务分析师，从事国际贸易融资业务。于先生曾于惠农资本实习，该私募基金主要投资泛农业和制药领域。于先生亦曾实习于圣华曦制药的有机合成实验室。
于先生毕业于普渡大学化学系，并获得普渡大学金融硕士学位。
高海先生拥有 17 年的全球投资经验。他是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的基金经理，及新希望-秦岭一级市场投资的投委会成员。
在创立秦岭资本之前，高先生作为 Northern Cross 公司 6 人投资团队成员之一，管理全球股票组合规模约 500 亿美金。在此之前，高先生是 Institutional Capital 的核心投资团队成员之一。该核心团队11人管理全球股票资产约 200 亿美金。高先生加入公司 5 年就进入公司全球投委会，成为公司历史上最年轻的投委会成员。
高先生毕业于天津大学，并获麻省理工—新加坡学术联盟硕士学位，以及芝加哥大学工商管理硕士学位。
Jonathan is an investment analyst on the firm’s public equity team.
Jonathan joined Coalescence Partners shortly after graduation from University of Chicago. His previous experience includes an internship at the Global Strategic Initiatives at World Business Chicago, a public-private partnership chaired by the Mayor of Chicago that drives inclusive economic growth, supports business, and promotes Chicago as a leading global city. He has also interned at the research and information center at the Israeli Parliament in Jerusalem. While in college, Jonathan participated in the founding of HexinEdu, a tech-startup that aims to improve the traditional education system by applying advanced technologies from disciplines such as cognitive science, artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning.
Mr. Zhao received a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from Tsinghua University (China), and a Master of Public Policy from University of Chicago.
Robin is an analyst on the operations team.
Robin joined Coalescence Partners after graduation from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Coalescence Partners, Robin interned at Ruihua Certified Public Accountants, a leading Chinese CPA firm and gained experience in audit and accounting. Robin also served as a volunteer at the IRS VITA Program and advised on income tax related matters. He was an exchange student at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
Robin received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Eric Cui is an investment associate on New Hope-Coalescence’s private equity team.
Prior to New Hope-Coalescence, Eric worked as a financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey, a leading portfolio valuation & fund advisory service firm. While at Houlihan, Eric focused on complex valuations of portfolio companies for private equity funds and hedge funds. Prior to Houlihan, Eric worked as an analyst at Towers Watson, a global HR consulting company, where he provided retirement investment research and solutions.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wuhan University Institute for Advanced Study, and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Yiting brings 20 years of experience in investment, strategy, and operations. She is a Partner and co-founder of the firm, and is primarily responsible for the clients’ private equity and venture investments in the US.
Prior to co-founding Coalescence Partners, Yiting advised Chinese institutions and family offices looking to invest in the US and/or to joint ventures with U.S. institutions. Yiting was a co-founder and COO of Ray Shi Capital, an investment management company focused on Chinese equities. Previously, Yiting was the Vice President of Greater China at Vision Capital Advisors. She focused on the investment and management of Vision Opportunity China Fund and was actively involved in the formation of Vision Opportunity China Fund and its IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to Vision, Yiting worked at PepsiCo’s corporate strategy and development group at its global headquarters. Yiting started her career at the Boston Consulting Group in New York.
Yiting received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Math with an Applied Field in Economics from Harvard University.
Harry brings 17 years of global investment experience. He is the portfolio manager of the firm’s public equity investments, and an investment committee member of the New Hope-Coalescence private equity investments.
Prior to Coalescence Partners, Harry was part of a 6-person team managing a global equities portfolio of approximately US$50 billion at Northern Cross. Prior to Northern Cross, Harry was one of a 11-person core investment team managing approximately US$20 billion in global equities at Institutional Capital. Harry became a member of the global portfolio management committee after only 5 years at the firm, the youngest member on the committee.
Harry received a Bachelor of Engineering from Tianjin University (China), a Master of Science from Singapore-MIT Alliance, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
